In her role as Chief Relationship Officer for a Chicago-based hospitality group, she cultivated high-level partnerships while shaping guest experience and cultural strategy for a portfolio of fourteen boutique hotels nationwide. These roles—along with her previous work in fashion design and brand relations in Los Angeles—refined Amber’s ability to create meaningful experiences, lead with excellence, maintain discretion, and serve others with care and intention.

For the past three years, Amber has also owned and operated her own luxury travel advising business, curating bespoke itineraries for discerning clients around the world. This entrepreneurial work strengthened her skill in anticipating needs, crafting personalized experiences, negotiating contracts, and building global relationships—expertise she now seamlessly integrates into her real estate practice.
