For over 20 years, Kim has worked across real estate investment, interior design, renovations, development, and luxury sales—earning a reputation for her strategic mind, market insight, and heart for people. A local resident and expert in Leiper’s Fork, TN, she specializes in luxury residential properties, large land estates, new construction development, and out-of-town relocations.

Kim is consistently ranked among the top-producing Realtors in middle Tennessee, guiding Buyers and Sellers through the complexities of real estate. Outside of real estate, Kim has devoted much of her life to advocating for vulnerable populations. Her nonprofit, Saving Innocence, has been nationally recognized as a leader in the fight against human trafficking—serving more than 3,000 child survivors with emergency aftercare services and collaborating closely with law enforcement and policy makers to protect at-risk children. Her humanitarian work has earned her multiple national honors, including personal invitations to government meetings in Washington D.C. and L.A. Weekly’s “People of the Year,” naming her “The Human Shield.”

Today, Kim leads Leiper’s Fork Living as President while remaining deeply engaged in the local community as a volunteer, resource, and connector for those in need. She believes every person deserves a sense of belonging—and that every home holds the power to bring healing.

Kim and her husband, Matt, are part of the vibrant creative community in Leiper’s Fork—he serves as a musician, producer, and music director for Chris Tomlin. Together they call Leiper’s Fork home alongside a growing family of rescued animals—dogs, ponies, goats, a mini donkey, and a Valais black-nosed sheep—living proof that home can truly be a sanctuary for all.
